Where does Boutiq Stayz operate?

Boutiq Stayz is headquartered in Surry Hills within close proximity to the CBD. We currently service clients all across Sydney, NSW.

How do I list my home?

Apply to list your home and we'll assess your home's suitability and provide you with a rental income proposal.

What type of properties does Boutiq Stayz work with?

We are ideally looking for a cross-selection of homes that have all the mod-cons, a good location, comfort and quality furnishings, maintained to a high standard.

How does Boutiq Stayz select guests?

We know our guests, or our partners do. Our local reservations team matches the right guests with the right properties to ensure expectations are met on both sides.

Who deals with the guest after the booking has been confirmed?

All Boutiq Stayz guests are matched with a member of our concierge team to check them in. We handle all guest communication from start to finish.

Do I need insurance?

It's important to check if your home & contents insurance includes cover for short-term rentals and if that cover is sufficient to fully cover the valuable items in your home. Boutiq Stayz can introduce you to our insurance partner who can assist you if required.

What happens if a guest damages something during their stay?

All guests pay a damage waiver to cover any accidental damage allowing us to authorise repairs or replacement items instantly. In the event that an accident occurs and costs exceed the covered amount or damage is not covered by the waiver, costs are deducted from the guest's pre-authorised credit card payment (security deposit).

What will Boutiq Stayz do before and after every stay?

Guest communication and security checks. Guest agreements, terms of stay and cancellations. Pre-stay / post-stay photo inspections. Home preparation and housekeeping. Frequent on-call care for your home and credit card pre-authorisation (security deposit).

How do I get my home guest-ready?

Our team of cleaners will carry out a deep clean straight after each guest leaves to make sure the accommodation is looking spotless and stocked up so it's ready for the new guests arriving.

Can I make special requirements?

Of course, we don't use blanket policies. Our team works with you to tailor a series of booking guidelines for your home.

Can I rent while in another country or state? 

Yes, our business blueprint is designed to manage your home completely hands-free while you are away. We provide you with access to a dashboard enabling you to visualize real-time data on how your property is performing.

James | Director

James spent the first decade of his career in investment banking and various entrepreneurial pursuits across Sydney and London, before taking his passion for startup businesses full-time, starting his own business; providing debt & equity funding and mentoring to entrepreneurs. James successfully grew the business over 5 years, supporting over 1,000 entrepreneurs across four offices. More recently, James has pursued his interest in technology as an enabler, implementing technology to the short-term accommodation industry, whilst achieving superhost status on a small portfolio of London properties. In his spare time, James is an avid fan of the theatre and enjoys working on his acting craft.

Christian | Director

Christian is a seasoned IT executive with over a decade of experience leading technology teams for prominent brands such as Swarovski, Yahoo, and Peloton. He also holds a real estate license in New South Wales. Christian's entrepreneurial spirit has led him to establish and manage multiple successful e-commerce businesses over the last 15 years. With a deep understanding of digital marketing, innovative technology, lead generation, and customer service, Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his ventures.
